I have many favourite bakers I follow on Instagram, one of whom is Anneka Manning. Anneka is the owner of Bake Club Australia. She shared this wonderful recipe for low G.I brownies made with prunes, ground almonds and wholemeal flour. I have tried them and they turned out exactly the same as her photo (so important!!!). I would encourage you to try them as they really are very moorish.
